Lead time in writing
Every quote states the lead time in writing. If a delay is coming, we tell you before the deadline.

Replies within 24 hours on working days
We reply within 24 hours on working days.

Photo updates
You get photos at each production stage.

Approve before we cut
You approve a digital mock-up and a written specification before production starts.

Bulk checked against your sample
We check bulk against your approved sample and send photos before shipping.

If we miss your approved specification
We make it right. The fix is agreed with you for each case.

Staged payment
50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping. The balance is paid after you approve the pre-shipment photos. Pay by bank transfer (wire), Payoneer or Wise to Bolide’s account.

A size label on every piece
Every piece carries a size label.

A reference for reorders
We keep your design files, approved specification and approved sample on file for reorders.

Fabric and leather swatches
Swatches are available for a small charge, credited against your first order.

Your design stays yours
We never sell or reuse your design. We sign an NDA on request.
Start with a sample
Our minimum order is 10 units across a mixed order. Sample lead time is 7–10 days; sample cost is confirmed in your quote.
Your digital design is a concept. The approved sample and written specification confirm the finished product.
